Oversight of time-off, portfolios, assessments, reporting, curriculum, office logistics, relationship management for team and alignment with other units, departments and schools
Lead a team of 17 strategists towards highly innovative and proactive plans to support student success

Send out pre-program correspondence and crucial updates throughout program
Release examinations and send information regard times and access information
Compile data to generate reports on watch times from video management system (panopto), student appointment system (insight) and quiz scores (examsoft)
